Placeholder copy — not dietary advice. This article exists to prove the blog template renders. Nothing below has been written or reviewed by Eman. Real copy replaces it in the Phase 8 content pass (SPEC.md §14, §13).
What this article will cover
The finished version of this piece is Eman’s own explanation of how she approaches PCOS with clients who cook and eat desi food at home. It is not written yet.
The structure it will use:
- What clients most often ask her in a first consultation
- How she reads a week of a client’s actual meals — roti, chawal, salan
- What changes she tends to suggest first, and why
- What she does not ask people to give up
Why this is a stub
SPEC.md §14 puts the content pass in Phase 8 and §13 lists the inputs that are still outstanding. SPEC.md §15 also rules out inventing dietary guidance or claiming to treat or cure a condition, so this file deliberately carries structure and no advice.
If you are looking for what Eman actually offers in the meantime, the PCOS programme page describes the consultation itself.
